The S&P Care Experience

When you join S&P Care you become part of a culture where our work ethic and attitude is very values based – we go about our work with INTEGRITY and PASSION; all the while continuously LEARNING and having FUN doing it. We respect and welcome our diversity as a community, and embrace each other and everyone we encounter as fellow HUMANs.

We pride ourselves in offering personalised care that is designed to meet the needs of each of our clients as an individual. We do this by taking a holistic approach to thoroughly understand the needs and challenges of our clients. This enables us to put together a personalised package of care that includes social and emotional needs, activities of daily living and day to day activities to make life easier and more enjoyable.

Opportunities

S&P Care Workers provide essential hands-on care and support to clients in all aspects of their activities of daily living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility and mealtimes.

Being a live-in Care Worker offers a real sense of purpose and immense job satisfaction. Our clients rely upon you for support with all aspects of their daily living. You will live with your client in their home, making sure they are clean and warm, safe, comfortable, well fed and happy. Your tasks will include companionship, cooking, housekeeping and personal care including washing and dressing.

The Field Care Supervisor is the critical link between the client and our care team. You will use your skills of analysis to turn each client’s needs into a bespoke home care service that exceeds their expectations. You will supervise care workers to ensure they provide high quality care and support.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting people with their goals based within their home environments or local community. Activities of support vary from daily living skills, personal care, travel escorts, teaching of independent life skills to assistance with accessing community-based activities such as going to college, work placements and other social and leisure activities.
