It is responsible and rewarding work. You will not do it alone. From induction and shadowing to supervision, practical training and support in the field, we will help you develop the confidence and skills you need to provide excellent care.
Why Join S&P Care?

Be valued as an individual
Join a diverse team where people are treated with respect, encouraged to contribute and recognised for the difference they make.
The S&P Care Experience
S&P Care is a family-run, nurse-led home care provider supporting people across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
Our founders brought together their extensive healthcare experience and a shared belief that everyone deserves to live their best life. That belief shapes both the care we provide and how we support the people who work with us.
We are proud to be CQC-rated Good and to have been recognised as a Top 20 Home Care Provider in Southeast England (2024 and 2025).
Most importantly, we want S&P Care to be a place where good people can do meaningful work, continue learning and feel part of a supportive team.
Our Values
Human
We recognise the individuality, dignity and contribution of every client and every member of our team.
Integrity
We are honest, responsible and committed to doing what is right – even when no one is watching.
Learning
We reflect, improve and support one another to develop our knowledge, skills and confidence.
Passion
We bring energy, commitment and determination to making a positive difference.
Fun
We believe serious and responsible work can still be filled with warmth, friendship and moments of joy.
What Does a Care Professional Do?
